Birthrights believes that women’s rights in childbirth are protected by supporting and informing healthcare professionals who provide frontline maternity care. To that end, we provide the following services to individual healthcare professionals and organisations.
Information & advice
Our factsheets and FAQs provide information about women’s rights in pregnancy and childbirth. Please contact us if you would like clarification or further details: email@example.com.
Birthrights is planning to offer legal advice directly and free of charge to healthcare professionals with questions about the law and childbirth, or who may face sanctions for supporting women’s choices. We need funds to help us establish this service. If you’d like to help us get there, please make a donation.
In the meantime, we may be able to put you in touch with a lawyer who can advise you directly.
We offer training by qualified and experienced lawyers to any organisation interested in learning more about human rights in childbirth and the lawful treatment of pregnant women. Please get in touch if you are interested: firstname.lastname@example.org.
